1. Track my Order
On shipping your order we will send a confirmation email with contact details of our shipping partner and your tracking number to confirm that your order has been dispatched. Depending on destination country we ship with UPS, FedEx, DHL or Galle Werttransporte.
2. Shipping Destinations and Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Germany and your chosen shipping destination.
